My actual experience with Hyde's was fantastic. They were helpful on the phone and gave an accurate quote when I brought my dress in. They also advised that it would be ready in 2-3 weeks, so when the SMS arrived after 2 weeks I was very happy and excited.
I was expecting the dress to be in a normal plastic sleeve over it, but to my delight, it was neatly boxed with a viewing window as well, which showcases the detail of the bodice of the dress. They exceeded my expectations!”

A friend had told me about their specialty acid-free wedding gown chests, which was important to me since I want to have my gown as a family keepsake. My dress was in quite a state as the lace collected many sticks and leaves since we spent much time outdoors on our wedding day. Hyde's was able to remove all that as well as all the fake tan under the arms!
The dress looks as good as new, it was treated with amazing care and was done in a very timely manner. Their pricing was very reasonable as well, which was important to me. The box is perfect for storage and also has a gorgeous little window so the dress can be viewed without taking it out. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!”
